Your order is picked from stock and packed at our facility, normally within one business day. Nothing else goes in the box.

We hand the parcel to the carrier and email you the tracking details. Delivery updates come by email, never by text message.

The figures below are what parcels typically take once they leave us. They are carrier estimates rather than promises we can keep on the carrier's behalf, and weather and public holidays move them.
